Christian Marie Serratos-Bernardi (born September 21, 1990) is an American actress, model, & singer. She is known for portraying Suzie Crabgrass on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Angela Weber in Twilight, New Moon and the upcoming Eclipse, which are based on the best-selling Twilight novels by Stephenie Meyer.

Early life

Serratos was born in California, raised in Los Angeles, and is of Mexican, Italian and Irish descent. She began figure skating when she was three, and continued competitively for 10 years, saying, "My coaches were talking about the Olympics and it was really crazy. Now, I just do it for fun."

Career

Serratos's career as an actress began when she was a model for Ford Models. She began acting when she discovered that Ford had a theatrical division. At one point she stopped modeling all together, but now she models frequently.

Her TV credits include a recurring role as Suzie Crabgrass on the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and roles on Hannah Montana, Zoey 101, and a 7th Heaven episode called "Broken Hearts and Promises." She also co-starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cow Belles. She portrayed Angela Weber in the movie Twilight, based on the best-selling novel by Stephenie Meyer. Serratos reprised her role as Angela Weber in Twilight's sequels, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

Now she is currently on Maxims top 100 list for 2010. She ranks at number 65.

Personal life

Serratos also writes and sings her own music, describing it as "Evanescence, Flyleaf, Bright Eyes, and Fiona Apple." Serratos is a vegetarian. She has also posed twice for PETA, including a shoot, with her completely naked, for the group's anti-fur campaign in November 2009.
